Information pertaining to signaled pointing device action.
MouseEventArgs?(MouseButtons? button, int clicks, int x, int y, int delta)
clicks is the number of clicks that caused this event, e.g., 2 for a double click.
delta describes mouse wheel rotation. see http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms645617.aspx for interpretation of this value.
